Residential Warranties are provided by Taylor Fascia Limited to the home owner and fully supported by Pacific Coilcoaters where appropriate product is correctly specified for the environment, and installed in accordance with manufacturer's recommendations and best trade practice.

- they are maintained in accordance with the ColorCote® minimum maintenance requirements.
